The EDIWatch system functions on a day-to-day basis with very little involvement of IT resources. Outside of the initial system set-up, EDIWatch has limited the impact to your already stretched IT department.
Because the level of involvement from IT is lower than with other solutions, you can begin to receive quality leads sooner and for less cost per claim. We minimize the impact to your current resources in the following ways:
- We provide standard reports, available through a GUI interface
- We enable new and shared queries to be performed easily by SIU and other users
- We provide regular, automatic updates to the rule-set, requiring little or no involvement from IT
- We conduct on-site training for all users, regardless of department
- In some cases, a dedicated account manager is available for on-going questions, best practices, and training
