EDIWatch Restructures Leadership Team

As of February 1, 2012, Paul J. Slagle, Principal and Chief Technology Officer, has assumed the role of President, while Arjomand Rahimzadeh, Principal and President has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board. As founding partners of the firm, the team has built EDIWatch from a boutique partnership to a highly respected leader in the field of healthcare fraud, waste and abuse prevention and detection. Now in its 13th year, this restructuring allows EDIWatch to better position for the future, as opportunities in this business arena continue to grow.
As President, Mr. Slagle will oversee the daily operations of the company and continue to manage corporate growth. As Chairman of the Board, Mr. Rahimzadeh will focus on the strategic vision and direction of the company. By dividing these responsibilities, the leadership at EDIWatch will continue in the spirit of partnership, while providing a sound structure for future growth. Blue Cross of Idaho Selects EDIWatch to Help Fight Fraud

EDIWatch Joins Arizona’s Fight Against Medicaid Fraud:
ATLANTA, GA, January 25, 2011 – EDIWatch, Inc., a leading provider of anti-fraud solutions to the healthcare industry and The Arizona Medicaid Agency, Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), Office of Inspector General are pleased to announce the signing of a three-year contract. The contract will provide a software system that will enable investigators and auditors to analyze detailed claims in order to spotlight patterns of suspicious behavior. AHCCCS is committed to providing affordable healthcare to citizens at the lowest cost to taxpayers. Combating fraud, waste and mismanagement through the use of technology is one way to control costs.
